xprop has advised a US Investor on the acquisition of County Oak Retail Park, Crawley. The regionally dominant south east scheme comprises approximately 155,500 sq ft and is let to Next, Currys, TK Maxx, Boots, B&M, Halfords, Wren, Furniture Village, Hobbycraft and Costa Coffee.
